Interested in joining Longhorn EMS?
To join, you MUST submit a Registration Information Sheet (RIS) and pay dues. Read below for more information.
The RIS is a required application that must have an initial submission by the designated deadline. It must be submitted each academic year, regardless of previous active/inactive status, and opens at the beginning of each spring and fall semester. Following the initial submission, you may update your RIS with updated licensure and immunization information. The following information will be collected:

If you are new or were inactive the previous semester, you will be asked to provide a personal statement about your plans for joining, which will allow us to better get to know prospective members.

Deadline to work early events: 09/04/26 11:59 PM
Final deadline: 09/17/26 11:59PM
Dues for 2026-2027 will be $30 for the semester and $50 for the year. If you paid for the year in the fall, there is no need to pay again in the spring.
This form is non-binding and is not our RIS. It offers a way for you to stay connected regarding upcoming LEMS-related information!

Longhorn EMS uses Discord to communicate with all members. Once joining, please change your profile name to your First and Last name so that we can add you to the proper channels. If you get removed from the server, please email longhornemsaustin@gmail.com and we will add you back
